5 Minute Makeup #2: Natural, bronze and summery

Now, I don't want to jinx it, but recently we have been getting lots of lovely sunny days (yey)!  I love being able to pootle around calmly in my flip flops and a bit of flesh out, it makes life seem so much easier and happier don't you think?  I swear most people must suffer from SAD, for me the weather certainly effects my mood and motivation for the day so I am very much appreciating the brighter and warmer times!  Along with the weather change comes a slightly different type of makeup, I like light and dewy products to inspire a bit of glow and life in to my face.  This is becoming one of my favourite looks to wear, its nice skipping out the blusher for a change and just focusing on the skin and liner to keep it healthy and natural looking.  I had sunglasses on my head and everyfing cause it was sunny outside innit...

To some people this may look like a lot of products but it honestly only takes me only 5 minutes to apply, possibly longer for someone who isn't confident with liquid liner.  Estee Lauder Day Wear BB Creme is my favourite summer base, its so light on the skin and feels like you are wearing nothing, it stays put amazingly and gives the skin an even tone and healthy glow, I would recommend this to most people!  I mixed the Seventeen Stay Time concealer in light with the Estee Lauder Double Wear in medium as my face is a little tanned.  On a side note, has anyone else noticed that their skin tans quicker after being travelling or in a hot country for a long time?  I went travelling in South East Asia over two years ago now and my skin still tans scarily quickly compared to how it used to!  Anyway, I then patted on some of the Revlon Photoready Skinlights face illuminator in bare light on my cheek bones and down my nose, all of those products were applied with my fingers.  After a quick dusting of the Rimmel Stay Matte powder I contoured and bronzed with Nars Laguna.  For my brows I used my new Anastasia Brow Wiz in Ash Blonde, a present my sister got me from her travels in america!  I have wanted this brow pen for actual YEARS now and I am happy to confirm all the wonderful reviews I have heard and read are 100% true, its amazing, my new favourite.  So then a quick slick of the Eyeko liner, two speedy layers of my Maxfactor 2000 Calorie mascara and a blob of my mango Kiehls lip balm #1 on the lips and I'm ready.  Easy peasy squeezy lemons, Jill (If you haven't seen that advert, I can only apologise).
